Middle School
Middle School
Our Middle School philosophy realizes the importance of preadolescent and adolescent stages of development and sees this as a transitional stage to High School. Middle school is an opportune time to expand students’ horizons, and to plant the seeds for critical thinking skills and content knowledge that’ll propel them to success through high school and beyond.
Therefore, activities conducted in this level are focused on problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Our student-centered teaching methods include group projects, motivational programs, experiential learning, skill development sessions and encouraging creative ideas.
At this level the focus is not merely on acquiring knowledge but on developing the capacity for lifelong learning, where students take a proactive role in their own learning and approach it with confidence. We aim to balance both content and process, addressing a wide range of learning styles and giving individual attention in the classroom.
As students love hands-on activities, we provide the platform to explore concepts up close, making discoveries along the way which really helps in their learning.
Experiments from a variety fields such as biology, earth, science, physics and much more are conducted.
Activities will be conducted such that students should be able to read non-fiction texts with ease as well as analyzing them more deeply.Â
Students are closely monitored so that they attain mastery in the concepts learnt.
Experienced and dedicated staff make this achievable with a mixture of excellent academic opportunities and fulfilling co-curricular activities.
